We hired IMC Building to completely remodel our kitchen. From the design (which Isaac worked with us to design), to the installation of cabinetry, electrical, appliances, tile floor and granite counter tops, and painting, the work was accomplished with attention to detail and quality work. There were a few challenges (with a vendor) during the project, which Isaac handled well and to our satisfaction. The project was completed in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the result of our functional and beautiful kitchen!

When my wife and I moved to the Central Coast from the Central Valley (sound familiar?), we wanted not just a change in scenery, or cooler temperatures, we wanted a lifestyle change. We bought a mobile home in a great spot, but the home had an existing 3-level deck that was very old, poorly designed, and really just ugly. We interviewed 3 different builders, and we did not have to look any further once we met Isaac, the proprietor of IMC Building. He just understood exactly what we wanted without a lot of need for us to draw the picture. In fact, he drew the pictures! Mobile home parks have some surprisingly stringent requirements for decks, Isaac was able to wade through the confusing, arbitrary, and sometimes contradictory requirements from the state agency that oversees mobile homes. The end result is that we got an amazingly stout structure that looks incredible and gives us literally hours of joy each and every day. We added 1,000 sq ft of livable space to our mobile home, and we recommend IMC Building to everyone who asks about our beautiful deck.
